Comfortable facilities. Commendable staff.

Very loud live music from the hotel’s outdoor restaurant, located just outside the rooms, on Saturday night until 11pm.

Great base to explore Valladolid

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff serving breakfast were very accommodating and even sorted us a takeaway when we had to rush for a day trip early one morning. The pool was great. The room was cool, comfortable and spacious.

It would have been even better if there was a bar open by the pool.

Excellent hotel. Quite a relaxing hotel. A sweet 10' walk into the centre of Villadolid. Lovely little garden with hammocks and roof top swimming pool.

Would recommend it!

Spacious room, well equipped. Good location. Lovely staff

The terrace could be improved as it looked slightly old. The main facilities (reception, etc) were small, there was no hall. The swimming pool was nice but the water didn't seem 100% clean.

Wonderful

Nice room, good breakfast and very friendly staff. We stayed over here during the hurricane Beryl in July 2024, the hotel provided everything we needed. They brought breakfast to all of the rooms during the storm, very nice!

Wonderful

Swimming pool was very helpful for such hot weather in Valladolid. Very peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Our room (Standard double) was very spacious and clean. We would repeat.

There was no shadow to lay at the swimming pool area during certain times of the day.

A simple hotel with small rooms but perfect if you're planning to be out and about exploring

Our room was small but had everything we needed! Simply decorated with a comfortable bed and hot shower.

Being on the ground floor by the main entrance it was sometimes a little noisy but not for long. The room was also quite dark but we were out and about all day so it wasn't a massive issue

Enjoyable stay: smooth check-in, great breakfast, central location, recommended experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valladolid in this exquisite boutique hotel. The check-in process was remarkably smooth, and the front desk staff proved to be not only warm and friendly but also incredibly helpful. Opting for the breakfast addition to our reservation turned out to be a wise choice, given the excellent breakfast menu, and the option for box breakfasts provided added convenience for takeaways. Situated in the heart of Valladolid, the hotel was within walking distance of all the attractions and hotels we wanted to visit, with ample onsite parking available. The restaurant staff went above and beyond by assisting in warming milk for our toddler during our stay. Overall, we are delighted with our experience here and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

WiFi connection is a bit patchy in certain areas within the room.

Nice stay. Good value for money! Recommend!

Nice and clean room! Staff was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast room a bit too small and there are slots, otherwise you risk not to find a spare table.

Nice enough hotel with great staff but not the best location

All the staff was extremely nice. Good breakfast with nice choices from a menu. We had to leave early the day we checked out and they prepared a take away breakfast for us. The hotel has some nice areas that unfortunately were empty most of the time; pool, garden, seating areas and a food court (Mercado 41) at the hotel.

I didn’t like the location. It’s about 15 min walk from the main square - about 10 minutes of it was on a poorly lit street, with very few people walking (didn’t feel very comfortable walking after dark). Regarding the hotel it self there were two things we disliked: the lock on the door was very weak (like a indoor lock) and it was a bit noisy - the windows didn’t all have glass in them (just a mosquito net and a wooden shutter)

Lovely place in a very lovely town. Go & visit

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very spacey and both beds really comfy. The staff of the hotel is super lovely, sweet and helpful. We have stayed in 3 other hotels in México so and the staff here was really outstanding. The pool area is nice but nothing super fancy. The breakfast was great. Juice, coffee, tea, some fruits with granola and toast & jam are served. And we could order one breakfast dish from the menu. The hotel has parking spaces infront of the hotel and another space in the back.

The wlan in the room was not the best

Really pleasant stay with yummy breakfast!

Hotel Waye is great! Fabulous decor, good value for money, and really friendly staff and reception - which is open 24/7! The pool was clean and nice. The included breakfast was DELICIOUS! So much choice as well!

A few small improvements - the 'double bed' was more like a large single and while it was comfy it was not really big enough for two people. Secondly, there aren't many pool loungers and the pool area is rarely in the sun - just something to note if you're planning to lie by the pool!

Very Good

Localisation of the hotel is very good. Close to the centre of the city and some nice restaurants. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty (1 dish to choose from menu + fruits and toast). Good WiFi. Pool is quite small but ok for a quick dive after the sightseeing.

Not much place to hang wet towels.
